What is your return policy?
  • As we are currently a micro business handled by one-person team, all of our orders are FINAL. Thank you for your understanding!
  • However, if you received misprinted, damaged, and defective items, you can submit a claim. Your claim must be submitted within four (4) weeks from the date the product was received by you. Please send a claim to thirdkulturecommunity@gmail.com to report your issue.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to modify your order, please send an email to thirdkulturecommunity@gmail.com as soon as possible. However, once the order is processed, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do ship nationwide in the United States!

1. Caring Instructions

How to care for THIRD KULTURE shirts:
  • Turn Shirt inside out before washing.
  • Machine wash cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
  • Hang-dry for best care.
  • Tumble-dry on low.
  • Iron steam or dry on low heat, inside-out ONLY if necessary.
  • Do not iron the design area.
  • Do not dry clean.
